ROOM TARIFFS
Our tariffs vary by occupancy. We offer the following rates:
MARCH - OCTOBER
2 night minimum stay at weekends (Fri-Sun)
£10 discount per room per night for stays of 7 nights or more
£140 per room, per night, based on two people sharing
£100 per room, per night, based on single occupancy
All tariffs include a full Yorkshire breakfast.
We are closed NOVEMBER - FEBRUARY
CHILDREN AND PETS
Regrettably we do not accept children under 14.
We do not accept pets.
Please note we have a dog on the premises.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Payments: Debit/credit card details will be taken at the time of booking, and we will take a 50% deposit to secure your room. This will be deducted from your final bill on departure which can be paid by cash or debit/credit card on site; we accept both Visa and Mastercard. Your debit/credit card details and contact details will be stored securely and used for booking processing purposes only.
Changing your mind: A full refund will be given upon cancellation prior to 120 hours (5 days) before your check-in time. If cancellation occurs later than this then the full amount will be deducted. It is always worth considering having holiday insurance in the event of unforeseen cancellations.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask for you to arrive from 4pm-7pm, and check out is by 10am. We try to be as flexible as possible, so if you do need to arrive outside of these times, we will do our best to accommodate this if you let us know in advance.
ACCESS
Due to the age of the building, we are unable to cater for wheelchair users or anyone who may have difficulties with using stairs; all bedrooms are on the first and second floors and there is no W/C on the ground floor.
SMOKING POLICY
We operate a no smoking policy throughout the premises.
PRODUCT & PRICING
Kell House has the right to adjust prices, include additional costs and change information such as room pictures and offers without notice. The images and information texts available reflect the property as far as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of Kell House. These pictures may differ depending on the colour settings on your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee exact appearance and characteristics.
BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE & AVAILABILITY
Once you have made your choice and made your booking with Kell House, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging the details of your booking including your booking reference number. This email is neither an acceptance of your booking or a proof of purchase, just a confirmation that we have received the booking.
