OUR ROOMS
We have three beautiful bedrooms for you to choose from, with an option of an overspill bedroom for larger groups. The rooms have been carefully designed to include their original Victorian features with modern touches to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Two of our rooms are en-suite and one has its own private bathroom just across the hall. Our tariff includes a full Yorkshire breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, and includes the use of our drying room for your coats and boots, a guest dining area, ample parking and secure bike storage during your stay. An iron and ironing board are available on request.
NIDDERDALE ROOM
Our spacious Nidderdale Room, located on the first floor, has a beautiful king size bed, a luxury en-suite shower room and views out over the garden and up the Dale.

SWALEDALE ROOM
Our delightful Swaledale Room, located on the first floor, has the option of a comfortable king size bed or twin beds to suit your needs. Swaledale guests will have the sole use of the beautiful bathroom just across the hall with a luxurious freestanding bath and large walk in shower. For a party of three or four, you have the option of booking an additional room on the second floor, with either a king size bed or two single beds, sharing the bathroom. WHARFEDALE ROOM
The Wharfedale room is located on the second floor of Kell House, with a king size bed and a luxury en-suite shower room, and has far reaching views over to Coldstones Cut and Two Stoops. For a party of three or four, you have the option of booking an adjoining room with either a king size bed or two single beds, sharing the en-suite. OUR ROOM TARIFFS
All tariffs include a freshly prepared locally sourced breakfast.
Debit/credit card details will be taken at the time of booking, and we will take a 50% deposit to secure your room. This will be deducted from your final bill on departure which can be paid by cash or debit/credit card; we accept both Visa and Mastercard.
A full refund will be given upon cancellation prior to 120 hours (5 days) before your check-in time. If cancellation occurs later than this then the full amount will be deducted. It is always worth considering having holiday insurance in the event of unforeseen cancellations.
