We look forward to welcoming you to Kell House and endeavour to make your stay with us feel like home from home.

Below, you will find more detail about your stay with us. We aim to provide all the luxuries and essentials that you may need during your stay so please do get in touch if there is anything specific that you require. Also, could you please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements when booking.

Arrival and departure times

We ask for you to arrive from 4pm-7pm, and check out is by 10am. We try to be as flexible as possible, so if you do need to arrive outside of these times, we will do our best to accommodate this if you let us know in advance.

Additional information

We have ample off-road parking.
We have safe bike storage.
Regrettably we do not accept children under 14.
We do not accept pets.
We operate a no smoking policy throughout the premises.

Due to the age of the building we are unable to cater for wheelchair users; all bedrooms are on the first and second floors and there is no W/C on the ground floor.

Please note we have a dog on the premises.

BREAKFAST

A full breakfast is included in the price of your stay, comprising of juices, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt and muesli; tea or coffee and toast; a full Yorkshire breakfast along with a selection of other hot breakfast dishes such as smoked haddock and poached egg, or potato rosti topped with smashed avocado and crispy bacon.

We are passionate about using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, and we support businesses in Pateley Bridge, such as the butchers, bakers and greengrocers when producing our delicious Yorkshire breakfasts.

BREAKFAST ROOM

Our breakfast room is for your use throughout your stay, to come and go as you please, and is also where your breakfast is served. We have maps and information of the local area, and encourage you to use the breakfast room as a cosy corner for relaxing and planning your stay.

You are also very welcome to get a take away from Pateley Bridge (plenty within walking distance!) and eat in the breakfast room - we’ll provide you with all the cutlery and crockery you’ll need. See below for our local take away recommendations.

OUTSIDE SEATING AREA

For those bright sunny mornings or balmy summer evenings, we have seats in the garden which you are welcome to use.

GOOD TO KNOW

Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan breakfast options are also available on request.

DRYING ROOM

We have a drying room adjoining the breakfast room for your walking boots, cycling and walking clothes after a day out in the Yorkshire countryside.
